Why Freeze-Dry?
Freeze-drying is a superior preservation method that extends shelf life without sacrificing flavor, color and nutritional value over time. Freeze-dried foods do not require refrigeration and is lightweight so it can be taken anywhere.

How Should I Store The Freeze-Dried Broths?
Our broths are shelf stable and does not require refrigeration. Optimal storage temperature is under 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Colder temperatures will not adversely affect the product but higher heat can degrade the shelf life of the broths.

How Do I Rehydrate The Freeze-Dried Broth?
Rehydrating the broth is easy! Just open the packet, pour the contents into a cup, add hot water and stir. 

Can I Use The Broth For Cooking?
Yes, the broths can be used dried as a seasoning or rehydrated as broth for cooking.
